Choose your region. The Americas region Software Bundled Download Program is available only to the original purchaser of an Intuos or Cintiq pen tablet and only if the tablet has been purchased in the Americas region (North America, South America and Central America). If you purchased your Intuos or Cintiq in another region, this program is not available to you.
Proceed to register your product(s). Please note the following:
You will need your Software Bundled Download Key. This key is printed on a label placed on the sleeve of the driver CD that came with the product.
You will need the Serial Number. The serial number for your tablet is located on a label found on the underside of your tablet. To help you identify your model or serial number (SN), each one has a red box around it as indicated in the image below:
Register your product(s). If you have purchased more than one Intuos or Cintiq product, you may register all of them by clicking the Register More Products button, instead of the Complete Registration button (at the end of the registration screen), and then add the information for each of the products you have purchased. You will receive the same rights for one set of bundled software downloads for each of the tablets that you have purchased. After entering the tablet information for your final tablet, click the Complete Registration button.
Select your software downloads. Software choices are final, so please make sure that you choose ALL of your selections before moving on to the next screen, because you will not be able to add to or modify your selections.
If you need more information about a software application, please move the cursor over the name of that application and additional information will pop-up. The size of each download appears next to the name of the application. The size of the application and your internet bandwidth will determine your download time. When you have made ALL of your choices, click on the Submit button.
Upon completing your software selection, you will receive an email with all necessary license keys. The email will go to the email address that you used for registration. Please be sure that your email address is correct. If the email with the license keys is lost, you can have them re-sent by logging back into your account, selecting Software Selection and then selecting the Send License Key option next to each of the applications.
Options. Choose the correct operating system and language for each of the applications you have selected. If a language or an operating system does not appear in the drop down menu, then it is not available and you will need to choose a different operating system or language.
Download your software. Select the Download Now option, then select Download next to the applications you want to download. If your operating system has the option to "Run" or "Save," choose Save and specify a location of your choice. Do not select Run, since this will place the downloaded file in your temporary internet files folder and will be very difficult to find. You are entitled to only one single user license for each of the applications that you have selected in the Bundled Software Download Program. Your license key(s) will be emailed to your registered email address.
Installation. Install each application by following the instructions on screen, and complete each software installation before installing the next download.

Q: What are the participating regions for the Software Bundled Download Program?
A: The Americas region includes North America, Central America and South America. Intuos or Cintiq purchasers in other regions cannot participate in this program and they should check their specific region for any applicable offers.
Q: How long will it take to download my application choices?
A: Download times will vary according to your bandwidth and the size of the applications that you select.
Q: Can I come back into the system later and get new applications?
A: No, once you have made your application download choices they are fixed. You may return to the system one time to download the same applications again (if available), but you will not receive a new license key or serial number. You have the right to a single user license for each of the applications that you download, which can be retrieved by choosing the Available Downloads option.

Please note that there are different Bundled Software Download Application choices for Cintiq, Intuos4 and Intuos5. Not all of the choices below are available for all products. Your choices are limited to only those applications that are offered for the product that you register.
